Dul has been tattooing for close to 4 years now. He began his tattooing career at Carpe Diem Tatto Studio, Sleman, Yogyakarta when he was 17 years old. Dul specialises in all styles but his love of fine/bold lines, mandala, dotwork/dotshading realism, colour and Japanese style is where he really stands out.

Dul was born to his proud parents, Ardiyanto Bakti Sanjaya and Charlotte Elise Abigail in summer morning on August 17, Manchester, United Kingdom. Although he was born to privileged parents (his mother was a government economist and his father is a pilot), he grew up in a standard apartement block. When he was 8 years old, his family moved to Yogyakarta, the city where his father was born.
Dul continued his study in Sleman, Yogyakarta. When he was in High school, Dul dropped out of school after his first year, and began his tattoo career .
